dress codes fucking suck ass

Theres this club i been going to on saturdy night, i figured i would try it out on a thursday night for once.

I dont go all pimped out and shit, just sporting the always cool, solid black T/Nice jeans look. when bam i look and now theres a new dress code..no T's..gotta have collars and buttons and shit...and me with no dressy type shirts, and no stores open so i could buy one.

i'm more of the jeans with holes in the knees, black T, lock and chain around my neck, with either leather jacket, or trench coat.

Gotta laugh at the double standards there are between women and mens dress rules.

Men have to wear a collared shirt but women can get away with those stringy hankercheif tops that barely cover anything.

No visable tattoos for men but women can show theirs.

No thongs (or flip flops whatever you wanna call them) for men but women can wear strappy lil sandal things that are just thongs with a fancier name.

One time my husband and I were going to a club and he was wearing a nice plain t-shirt and I was wearing one of his collared denim shirts. He wasnt allowed in (because of what he was wearing) so we swapped shirts in the carpark and we were then allowed to enter because my old man was now wearing a collared shirt. It didnt matter that I was now wearing the t-shirt.

Go figure.

Yeah ya gotta laff, but i can understand about some of them. I think all flip flops should be burnt. and we dont have the tattoo rule which is good, cause i have 2 on the back of my neck and i wont cover them up.

As for the little stringy shirt things..well isnt that why guys go to the clubs? to see girls in hardly anything on? [img]smile.gif[/img]

It's kinda funny about this club tho because a friend i was supposed to meet there went in later and got in wearing a t shirt.
